Hello viji08 There can be many different causes of this error.Try this firstTurn off Automatic Updates Right click My Computer/Properties/Automatic Updates. Turn Updates off completelyThen go to the Updates Site and see if there are any Updates for you.(Start/All Programs. There is a link at the top of the list) If so, download and install these Updates. Turn Automatic Updates on again.See if that helps.
